Ericka Sanchez, recipe developer, author, and Vallarta VIP (Vallarta Influencer and Partner), has created a new agua fresca exclusively for Vallarta Supermarkets.
Ericka’s Agua de Melón y Naranja is an exquisite mix of refreshing flavors of orange and cantaloupe and sweetened with agave syrup. It is carefully curated, handmade, and made fresh daily at Vallarta’s in-store juice bar.
Agua de Melón y Naranja is a Vallarta exclusive and will only be available for a limited time from July 7th to August 31st, just in time to cool off during the hot summer grilling season, said the grocery store company.

“I’ve been a loyal Vallarta Supermarket customer for many, many years. They have the best produce and dry ingredients that I use to develop my recipes, including the recipes I feature in my books,” said Ericka Sanchez. “It’s an added treat to be an ambassador and share my new recipe with my fellow Vallarta shoppers.”
Born in Mexico, raised in Texas, and a current Los Angeles resident, Ericka has a vast love and passion for Latin food and drinks. Her new book Aguas Frescas and Paletas reflects her cultural connection through traditional Aguas Frescas and frozen treat recipes as well as her creative taste putting her own innovative twist on classic Latin flavors.

Her newest book, ¡Buen Provecho!, will be out for purchase in October 2021 and will offer another collection of traditional Mexican recipes and alternative ingredient options for special occasions.
