Sabor Latino gives more flavor to the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo

The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo is being held at the Los Angeles Convention Center, where more than 400 exhibitors are presenting products, trends and services in the areas of restaurants and food products.

Abasto Media is present in the show, where there is a large presence of Hispanic companies, many of them gathered in the pavilion of Sabor Latino.

Today, in this pavilion, the Latin Food Symposium is being held, in which a panel of experts will be having an organic discussion with the attendees on the state of the Latin food industry, said Lilly Rocha, founder of Sabor Latino.

Taking a tour around the crowded aisles of the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo, Abasto Media experienced the growing interest of show visitors for products offered by Latino companies such as Mama Linda, Padilla, La Meridana, Don Diego, or Cremimex.

The live music performed by a group of Mariachis gave an even more Latin flavor to the event in which a delegation from the government of the Mexican state of Yucatan was also present.

The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo ends this August 29 with culinary demonstrations, signature books from renowned chefs and education workshops.
