How to save on your team’s digital training

Constant training in any organization, company or outside staff is essential to develop and increase the skills of employees.

The only problem is that it is expensive to maintain the training. It requires unifying criteria and having staff in an area constantly generating additional costs to companies for this service.

Nowadays, we have the advantage that training can be a one-time expense and that it can generate constant benefits through digital use or application, putting a virtual instructor in the palm of our employees and making the learning a technique, processes or organizational culture, be consistent and of low cost.

Current technology offers softwares and simple programs to use so that the staff of our organization has access to different galleries that help to standardize at all levels the message we need them to learn, and with dynamics of questionnaires that evaluate the knowledge of the student in the use of them.

These tools let us know the time that the employee really dedicated to his/her study, the progress he/her has and discover new areas of opportunity on where to develop potential.

Being practical in companies where day by day has dynamic teams distributed in different cities, it is increasingly difficult to group them to show a new product or service of the company, but with a simple recording and a series of mechanisms we can do that by half of cell phones each employee at the time that best suits them learn from it, creating even forums of questions and answers, generating group or individual opinions.

Some practical examples that we have seen are with the insurers, who usually go to a portal where they can quickly learn what the news is, learn new ways to fill out the policies and know in depth the questions and objections of clients at the time to show a policy.

For the sales force, this level of learning creates new opportunities, gives better arguments on how to sell and, above all, helps them to educate the final customer about the product or service they are offering.

The costs on digital training are varied, but the key is in how it is recorded, expensive equipment is not needed, simply a good microphone, a cell phone camera and good light creates a quality product that is easy to replicate.
