Niagara Cares and Superior Grocers partner up for a good cause. The companies are working together to provide 100 families in need with a free turkey and all the Thanksgiving trimmings in a reusable grocery bag.
Niagara Bottling and Superior Grocers employees will assemble the bags of food in the morning and will then distribute them to the pre-selected families after they share what they are thankful for this year. The bags of food will contain a turkey, pie, potatoes, gravy, stuffing, and more.
The event will consist of volunteers assembling the bags of Thanksgiving-related foods, families lining up to collect their items and families sharing what they are grateful for this year.
This will take place on Monday, November 20, 2017 at the Superior’s Grocer location 815 W Holt Blvd, Ontario, CA. At 8:30 a.m., the Niagara Bottling employees will assemble the bags and from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the families will collect their bags.
