The association was officially launched on August 2017 to promote, support, educate and defend thousands of Latino owners, employees and entrepreneurs involved in each aspect of the country’s rapidly growing food industry.
Its members include food chain stores, independent food vendors, restaurant owners, food and beverage manufacturers and distributors, producers and several national store brands.
“The Latino Food Industry Association aims to provide members with services that include promotion training, compliance workshops, legislative updates, operational training, technology and improvements in marketing and brand creation, among others,” said David Lizárraga, Board member of the LFIA during the last year ceremony.
