In just two days, more than 10,000 food and beverage professionals did the job equivalent to a year of comparison and sourcing during the 23rd Americas Food and Beverage Show organized by the World Trade Center Miami (WTCM).
The food and beverage trade fair facilitated business in a global market focused on the Americas. The show took place on September 23 and 24 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, Hall A.
With more than 450 exhibitors, the show provided attendees information about trending products of the industry and what customers demand. The Americas Food and Beverage Show projected more than $110 million in sales.
The main objective of the WTCM is to increase bidirectional trade in the Americas and help the growth of small and medium enterprises.

One of the key strengths of the trade show is the ability to meet and connect with buyers, distributors, and industry manufacturers from many countries in one place.
This year, more than 26 countries participated in the Americas Food and Beverage, including:
Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Cameroon, Canada, China, Congo, CoastRica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Ethiopia, France, Guatemala, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Republic of Korea, Rwanda, Spain, South Africa, United States, Thailand, and Turkey. Also, more than 200 U.S. companies participated.
