Sweets & Snacks Expo 2024 will occur May 14-16 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. It is the premier event for the sweets and snacks industries, bringing together thought leaders and industry experts to discover ideas, connect with peers, and drive these industries forward.
Beginning this year, the Sweets & Snacks Expo will cycle through a rotation of two years at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, followed by one year at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas until 2032.
The National Confectioners Association (NCA) is organizing the event, expected to attract 16,000 attendees. It will offer various educational programs, including innovative data and trend tracking. In addition, the Supplier Expo returns May 13-14 with a dedicated marketplace showcasing ingredients, machinery, packaging, and other services that help manufacturers meet consumers’ changing needs.
“Candy and snacks have the unique ability to elevate ordinary experiences,” John Downs, president and CEO of the National Confectioners Association, host organization of the Sweets & Snacks Expo, said. “The Sweets & Snacks Expo provides a platform for these thriving categories to explore the latest innovations, gain valuable insights, and connect with leading experts—all with the joint mission of providing that unique and unmatched experience for consumers. We are delighted to be back in Indy once again to showcase the extraordinary value and impact of these industries.”

Sweets & Snacks Expo 2024
The Sweets & Snacks Expo 2024 will feature some 50 speakers and panelists discussing key industry topics.
Educational sessions will address topics such as robotic automation, the state of snacking, trends in confectionery and global confectionery and snacking trends, video games to engage consumers, celebrity collaborations, recyclable packaging, and color additives and their regulatory predictions.
Supplier Showcase
The Sweets & Snacks Expo Supplier Showcase is designed to connect confectionery and snack suppliers with new and current customers. On May 13-14, there will be an opportunity to network with confectionery and snack manufacturing partners before they bring them to the leading trade show floor.
There will be 150 suppliers across eight categories: business services, colors, flavors, ingredients, logistics, packaging equipment, packaging supplies, and processing equipment.
