Global Produce & Floral Show Returns to Orlando

The Global Produce & Floral Show will return to Orlando in October 2026 with a new weekday schedule. The International Fresh Produce Association announced that registration has opened for its flagship industry event.

The Global Produce & Floral Show will take place Oct. 14-16, 2026, bringing together produce and floral professionals worldwide.

Moreover, organizers expect the event to build on strong attendance and buyer engagement recorded during last year’s gathering.

Weekday Schedule Responds to Industry Feedback

This year’s Global Produce & Floral Show shifts from a weekend format to a Wednesday-through-Friday schedule. IFPA leaders said the change reflects direct feedback from members and attendees.

The association believes the updated timetable will improve participation throughout the event.

In addition, organizers expect stronger attendance across educational sessions, networking events and business meetings.

“We heard everyone loud and clear,” said IFPA CEO Cathy Burns.

Burns said the new format creates opportunities for three full days of engagement and industry collaboration. She added that IFPA remains committed to helping professionals connect, learn and build lasting partnerships.

Strong Momentum From 2025 Event

The Global Produce & Floral Show enters 2026 with significant momentum. Last year’s event attracted attendees from more than 50 countries.

More than 3,500 buyers attended the exhibition floor and engaged with nearly 1,100 exhibitors. Meanwhile, the 2025 edition delivered the largest retailer presence in the event’s history.

Senior executives from major retail organizations attended the show. Buyers from Asia and Latin America also expanded their participation.

As a result, organizers expect international engagement to remain strong in Orlando next year.

Retail Participation Continues to Grow

IFPA executives view the Global Produce & Floral Show as a key meeting point for retailers worldwide.

Jessica Keller, IFPA vice president of global industry relations, said the association maintains ongoing relationships with retailers across major markets. Those efforts help strengthen sourcing connections between buyers and suppliers.

Furthermore, Keller said international retailer participation reached unprecedented levels during the 2025 event. She expects Orlando’s return to create additional opportunities for meaningful business connections.

The association aims to connect retailers, suppliers and solution providers through targeted networking opportunities.

Education, Networking and Innovation

The Global Produce & Floral Show will offer programming for professionals throughout the supply chain.

Attendees can participate in general sessions focused on industry trends and business development. The agenda also includes IFPA’s State of the Industry address.

Additionally, organizers plan keynote presentations featuring industry and business leaders.

Targeted educational programs will provide insights into emerging opportunities and market developments. Networking events will encourage collaboration across the produce and floral sectors.

At the center of the event stands the Expo floor. There, exhibitors will showcase products, services, and technologies designed to support industry growth.

The exhibition remains one of the largest global marketplaces serving fresh produce and floral businesses.

All Access Pass Expands Opportunities

Registered attendees can purchase an All Access Pass for the event. The pass includes admission to all general sessions and educational programming.

Participants also receive access to the Women’s Fresh Perspectives Breakfast.

In addition, the package covers entry to the multi-day Expo and Welcome Reception.

IFPA leaders believe these experiences help attendees build relationships and discover new business opportunities.

As registration opens, organizers position the event as a platform for innovation, partnership and industry growth. The Global Produce & Floral Show continues to serve as a gathering place where produce and floral professionals help shape the future of their industries.
