What You’ll Need for the Mushrooms with Cava and Crispy Serrano Ham Recipe
- 2 cups mixed mushrooms, finely chopped.
- 4 slices of Consorcio Serrano Ham.
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
- 1/4 cup D.O. Cava de Guarda Superior Gran Reserva.
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
- Fresh parsley to taste, finely chopped.
- Salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation:
For the Ham: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the ham on the paper, leaving space between slices. Cover with another piece of parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
