Presidente Supermarket, a leading Hispanic-owned grocery chain based in Miami, will open a new store in Miami Gardens in July 2025. The expansion strengthens the company’s presence in Florida and commitment to serving diverse communities.
Major Investment to Boost the Local Economy
The new 5580 NW 167 St location will convert a former warehouse into a 26,767-square-foot retail space. This investment demonstrates the grocery chain’s focus on creating jobs and revitalizing unused properties.
Alan Levy, Josh Levy, and Ruben Furman of Levy Realty Advisors represented the landlord in the deal. Neyda Bravo and Luis González from Bravo & Partners Realty worked on behalf of Presidente Supermarket.
