Marquez Brothers International, Inc. (MBI) has acquired the YoGusto brand from Hato Potero Farms, expanding its footprint in the U.S. Hispanic food market. The acquisition includes a Clewiston, Florida manufacturing plant and a Miami distribution center, solidifying MBI’s presence on the East Coast.
YoGusto Strengthens Marquez Brothers’ Portfolio
YoGusto, a leading brand in the drinkable yogurt market, caters to multicultural consumers across North America. Its product lineup includes lactose-free milk, chocolate milk, sour cream, and cheeses.
The brand has served customers for over 25 years and employs approximately 70 staff members at its Florida facilities.

With this acquisition, MBI strengthens its market position in Hispanic dairy products. The company operates in the United States and Mexico, with seven manufacturing facilities and 18 distribution centers. By integrating YoGusto, MBI aims to increase access to high-quality Hispanic dairy products nationwide.
