Supplier Diversity
Dollar General’s supplier diversity aims to reflect the diverse communities where customers live and work. This comes to life through the employees they hire, the products they carry, and a diverse network of suppliers and service providers with whom we partner.
With approximately 75% of Americans living within five miles of a Dollar General store, Dollar General has stores conveniently located in small towns and communities across the country. While they aim to deliver a consistent shopping experience, each of more than 20,000 stores reflects its local community and provides affordable and convenient access to relevant products to meet that community’s needs.
The diverse supplier network makes that possible, ensuring that Dollar General offers the right products for all its customers. The company is committed to working with suppliers and service providers to build customer loyalty, offer relevant products, and positively contribute to our local communities.
