ALDI plans to hire more than 13,000 store and warehouse employees as it prepares for the upcoming holiday season and continues adding new stores across the U.S.
The grocery chain said it is growing its team of more than 49,000 associates and raising its national average hourly pay.
After completing the acquisition of 400 supermarkets from Southeastern Grocers in Florida earlier this year, the discount grocery chain said it expects to expand its presence nationwide with 800 new stores by the end of 2028. ALDI aims to have 3,200 grocery stores over the next four years.
