Wisconsin Cheese Group, LLC (“WCG”) acquires Swiss Heritage, Inc., a Hispanic cheese manufacturer with its facility in Monticello, Wisconsin.
Swiss Heritage, Inc. manufactures, markets and distributes a variety of Hispanic cheeses in the United States and currently employs approximately 30 people.
The acquisition of Swiss Heritage, Inc. will enable Wisconsin Cheese Group to increase its offering of cheeses and will fold perfectly into an existing portfolio of Hispanic foods through sister companies: Reynaldo’s Mexican Foods, LLC and Lisy-El Chilar, LLC.
